We hold an initial meeting with the working team and upper management to assess the status quo and determine whether our intervention would benefit you. This step includes a site visit and at least one meeting with upper management and the working team.

Once we confirm we can add value, we go deeper. Our team visits your facility several times a week and works closely with your people to collect, analyse and simulate data on advanced computer models, stress-testing multiple solutions before implementing them on the ground.
This phase also includes a preliminary digital transformation assessment and a plan for where the facility can improve.

We implement the prioritised solutions with your assigned team, measure their success, and present to upper management: every implemented solution with its financial impact, plus further opportunities with their estimated investment and impact.
If digital transformation or automation is found to be critically beneficial, it is presented too.

We measured the printing and labelling station at a coffee roaster with on-site cameras and time studies, then redesigned its layout and workflow. Output rose 82%, with one worker instead of 2–4 and zero investment.

By selecting the right packaging machines, the team delivered an automation solution that reduced the workforce by 40 of 200 production workers, with a payback period of less than a year.
Glass & construction

Our consultants worked with a tempered glass producer in the Kingdom on a study to automate its processes. The study prioritised the stages needing the least investment for the largest labour savings: a 51% lower manpower requirement, with a 1.5-year payback.
